Sec. 01 · Free Zones · Hospitals · Manufacturing · DR
We install and operate smart vending machines — vending islands — inside free zones, hospitals and manufacturing plants across Greater Santo Domingo, the East Region and the Central Cibao: coverage across every shift, digital payment in seconds and real-time telemetry. No capital investment, no staff and no load on your Facilities team.
Sec. 02 · Live installations
Not a render and not a projection. This is a PIKKO unit operating today at Levapan Dominicana, stocked and available to staff on every shift, with a digital screen and contactless payment.
The same unit, the same operation and the same catalog we propose for your facility.

Sec. 03 · Where we work
Free zones, hospitals and manufacturing share the same problem: people working when everything else is closed. Shifts, regulation and decision-makers differ — we adapt the location, the catalog and the protocol to each.

Sec. 04 · Free Zones · Hospitals · Manufacturing
Free zones, hospitals and manufacturing plants run hundreds or thousands of people, rotating and night shifts, and strict mobility, security and hygiene controls. PIKKO installs smart vending islands inside the operation — where your people actually are — to sustain continuity 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, across Greater Santo Domingo, the East Region and the Central Cibao.
Telemetry triggers restocking before stock runs out — not after the night shift complains.
Current service area: Greater Santo Domingo, the East Region and the Central Cibao. Outside these routes we assess case by case, based on headcount.
04.1 — Diagnosis
We don't sell a machine: we deliver operational continuity, staff wellbeing and food-safety compliance — as true on a production floor as on a hospital ward.
Pain 01
The problem
Corporate canteens, park cafeterias and hospital cafés close at night and on weekends, leaving shift B and C workers — and on-call staff — with no way to refuel.
PIKKO outcome
Continuous 24/7 service at no additional operating cost. Full coverage of night and weekend shifts with no canteen staff required.
Pain 02
The problem
In 5,000 to 20,000 m² facilities — or across hospital floors and wings — reaching the central canteen takes 8 to 12 minutes round trip: it eats the entire break and delays the line or shift restart.
PIKKO outcome
Decentralization through micro refueling points: islands installed next to production modules, secondary break rooms, emergency areas or nursing stations.
Pain 03
The problem
Canteen queues and older machines that jam on bills and coins create crowding, lost time and complaints — critical where staff have minutes to spare or patients are waiting.
PIKKO outcome
Ultra-fast checkout and telemetry: digital payments (card, NFC, tPago, QR and corporate badge) with transactions under 5 seconds and real-time stock monitoring.
Pain 04
The problem
Medical device, textile and electronics free zones — and health facilities all the more — are highly rigorous about pest control, waste handling and food contact.
PIKKO outcome
Clean, turnkey operation: enclosed units, sealed packaging, compliance with food-safety standards and maintenance under industrial protocol.
04.2 — Adapting the model
Traditional office approach
Industrial and hospital approach
04.3 — Stakeholders
In a free zone the decision isn't made in a single office. Here's what each stakeholder gains.
Operations & Plant
Less downtime per break, on-time line restart and full shift coverage without adding staff or infrastructure.
HR & EHS
A tangible always-available corporate benefit: hydration, balanced nutrition and documented food-safety compliance.
Medical Direction & Administration
On-call staff with access to food and hydration without leaving the facility, and a better-served waiting room for patients and companions.
Facilities & Park Management
Zero maintenance load: enclosed unit, service under industrial protocol and an approved convenience-services vendor.
Our proposition in one line
“We optimize your operation's efficiency by keeping your people fed and hydrated 365 days a year. We install smart vending islands inside your plants, facilities and health centers with no capital investment and no load on your Facilities team, with stock monitored by telemetry and 100% coverage of your night shifts and weekends.”
Pilot program, no commitment
One machine, 30 to 60 days,
zero risk to your operation.
We install a pilot unit in your main facility, your waiting room or the night-shift break area. We measure usage rate, consumption mix and staff satisfaction — and you decide on real data, not on a promise.
Need the technical data sheet for EHS or Facilities? Download the PDF data sheet — dimensions, power draw, restocking protocol and food-safety compliance in two pages (Spanish).
Sec. 05 · The process
A short, frictionless process for your team: we handle the site survey, the installation and the entire operation.
We visit your plant or office, map staff flows by shift and propose the points where a vending island removes walking time.
We define locations, access and EHS protocol with Facilities. Flexible contract, clean exit and zero capital commitment on your side.
We only need 1 m² and a 110V outlet. We start with a 30 to 60 day pilot to measure real consumption per shift before scaling.
Telemetry triggers restocking before stock runs out. You get consumption reports; your team gets zero extra tasks.
Sec. 06 · For your operation
This isn't one more vending machine in the hallway: it's a managed service measured in continuity, employee experience and zero administrative risk.
Cuts the downtime caused by staff leaving the site to buy food or drinks. Increases your teams' operational continuity by keeping refueling inside the work perimeter.
Digital checkout in under 5 seconds with card, NFC, tPago and QR — no cash, no queues. Real-time telemetry keeps machines stocked, even at shift peaks.
A high-value corporate benefit without committing CAPEX or OPEX budget and without adding tasks to your internal staff. We install, restock, maintain and respond.
What we need from you
Sec. 07 · Payment technology
We accept every payment method in the Dominican market. Your employee pays however they want and is back on the line in seconds. Corporate NFC badge integration can be scoped per project.
Sec. 08 · Catalog
Each vending machine carries more than 60 selections, tuned to your operation. On the plant floor we prioritize hydration drinks, high-energy snacks and substantial portions for long shifts; in hospitals, balanced options and coffee for on-call staff; in the office, lighter and fit alternatives.
